As part of ongoing research into best practice and the realities of corporate e-learning, eLearnity hosted a corporate roundtable discussion attended by senior managers from Marconi, Marsh, Lloyds TSB, Centrica and Vodafone, all of whom have direct responsibility for their organisations e-learning activity. This article summaries the discussion of corporate experiences of the best and worst of e-learning within their organisations. What were the successes? What what the failures? What lessons had they learned?
