Computer Software Group (CS Group) has announced additional on-line booking and shopping enhancements to its CourseBooker software solution - the integrated application designed to meet the needs of Training Companies.
Simon Clayton, Learning Solutions Sales Director at CS Group said: "This new enhancement will enable CourseBooker users to further develop their online business. By offering the familiar 'shopping basket' approach to making purchases on-line, CS Group continues to develop CourseBooker as a uniquely effective, easy to use solution for all training businesses."
CourseBooker's shopping basket function gives Training Companies the tools to enable their customers to book on-line and make payments simply and easily - without the need for staff to re-key data in to a separate back office bookings database.
The tool delivers a simple, six-step process that can be created to enable customers to book courses or associated learning resources easily via their websites.
• Search your live course catalogue
• Search for a date and location most suitable for them
• Enter the booker's details (either via a log-in screen or as a new customer)
• Enter the delegate's details (again, either via log-in or as a new customer
• Confirm booking
• Make payment or arrange for invoice to be sent out
Simon Clayton commented:
"CourseBooker delivers this functionality out of the box, so it is simple for you to deploy. There is no need to re-key data between systems, and the data on your website - and in your booking system - is kept up to date and live at all times. CS Group is committed to this on-going development path for our CourseBooker solution".
