"We believe Learn.com's rating by Gartner validates our innovative holistic approach to workforce productivity," said JW Ray COO of Learn.com. "We are honored to be listed in the MarketScope For Employee Performance Management, 2007. As the Gartner research suggests, some consolidation is occurring and a broader talent management suite market is starting to emerge. Our clients understand that our one-vendor and one-technology approach, demonstrated by our LearnCenter Learning and Talent Management Suite facilitates the management of their entire pre-hire to retire lifecycle. Our clients have only to deploy one core system and partner to provide their users one interface of record for ease of use and adoption, while giving their organization one database of record to cull their business intelligence and manage their organizations' mission, vision and goals."
Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria
According to the report, "we focused on providers that have a broad, cross-industry solution, so we did not rate providers that offer industry/job family-specific solutions (for example, legal services industry or call center). Because the scope of solution we evaluated is broader than in the previous research, we focused on providers that have "production proven" products in at least one of the three major categories (performance management, succession management and compensation management).
