| Gyrus, a developer of Learning Management Software, announced a strategic partnership with Harbinger Knowledge Products, a custom elearning solutions provider. Per the agreement, Gyrus will resell Elicitus Content Publisher in conjunction with their LMS product suite, Training Wizard MX with SST MX software.
Training Wizard MX is 3rd generation LMS software used by mid-market corporations to manage learning events. Its wizard-like interface enables training professionals to easily schedule training classes and resources, manage registrations, monitor job title/career path requirements and utilize over 100 standard reports.
SST MX or Self Service Training provides 24/7 access to training events via the web. Employees can launch SCORM/AICC content and manage their own learning path. Training Coordinators can monitor and manage training activities without the use of a paper trail.
The addition of the Elicitus authoring tool enables Gyrus customers to create and/or convert existing courses to multimedia-rich courses, publish them with AICC/SCORM 1.2 compliance and integrate them seamlessly with SST MX for a complete blended learning management solution.
