The alliance combines Saba's HCM software solutions with BLB's ASP model and learning portals to offer Japan-based corporations, commercial organizations and universities an enterprise-class learning solution covering the entire learning cycle.

More than 14 organizations such as KVH Co., Ltd., Bridge International Corporation and Tama University have selected the integrated solution to combine new e-learning offerings with existing in-company training and competency learning programs. Providing fast, reliable access to a blended learning offering, the integrated service provides customers a cost-effective way to expand and strengthen their organized education programs without the added costs of purchasing hardware or the need to allocate internal resources to IT support.
