AdVal Group PLC and Maxim Learning Limited announced a merger that will bring together two of the longest established learning solutions companies to form one of the leading bespoke and generic training providers in the UK.
Since their establishment in the 1980’s, both AdVal Group PLC and Maxim Learning Limited have been at the forefront of delivering creative, engaging and cost effective learning solutions harnessing the benefits of technology. Through the 1990’s and into the new century, both companies have remained as recognised experts in the delivery of learning services to both the public and private sector.
The merger will see the expansion of the Group’s client base to include large multinational companies such as BAE SYSTEMS, Specsavers, Royal Bank of Scotland Group and Prudential as well as large governmental organisations such as BECTA, NCSL and HTI.
With the increase in capability and the combined skills and experiences of our people, clients can expect to receive an even higher level of service with a strong focus on creativity, flexibility and cost effectiveness.
As well as combining their capabilities in the development of bespoke e-learning programmes, through the continuation of the AdVal Learning Solutions brand, the company will also be able to offer Training Needs Analysis, Learning Consultancy, Video Production, Learning Management System, an On line Mentoring service and a rapid e-learning development tool.
The merger will encompass both generic learning product portfolios, under the Maxim brand, which will see the consolidation of AdVal’s accredited management and customer services learning titles and Maxim’s Management Skills On Line (MSOL) products.
The Group will continue to operate as AdVal Group PLC and will see the existing AdVal Board strengthened by Simon Philips, Tim Critchley and Edward Mallinckrodt from Maxim Learning Ltd.
