| Exscien has acquired the services of Dave Sharrock to enhance further its core capabilities in e-learning development, Competence Framework development and Training Needs Analysis.
Dave is a Chartered Psychologist and has over 27 years experience in the simulation and training domain. He began his career as a MoD Psychologist conducting research and carrying out development activities in the areas of Assessment and Selection, Training, Simulation, Simulators, Human Factors, Training Design and Training Needs Analysis for the Army, Navy, RAF and the Central Staffs. Since leaving the MoD his work has centred upon Needs Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Investment Appraisals and specifying and developing traditional and e-learning materials for the defence, public and private sectors.
Dave has taken over the project management and development of a major e-learning programme for the MoD.
In the near future Exscien will be using his capabilities to move into the private sector, particularly Rail and Finance.
