NetDimensions announced that it had entered into a 50:50 joint venture agreement dated 31 March 2008 with Azeus Systems Holdings Ltd, an IT services provider listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange.

The joint venture company, Great (Bermuda) Island Scientific Limited (“GBISL”) will develop, sell and provide maintenance services relating to training and learning management computer systems. GBISL was incorporated in Bermuda on 30 January 2008.
