| Plateau Systems announced that technology industry and marketing veteran Jeff Kristick has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Kristick brings significant experience to this role and will be responsible for the company’s worldwide marketing strategy, overseeing product, services and field marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, corporate communications and new media strategy, customer outreach and events.
“Jeff has an impressive track record of executing progressive, customer-focused marketing programs that build visibility and differentiate organizations in dynamic technology markets,” said Paul Sparta, Chairman and CEO, Plateau Systems. “As the talent management market continues its rapid growth, Jeff will be instrumental in accelerating Plateau along that trajectory, from both a marketshare and mindshare perspective.”
Before joining Plateau, Kristick served as the Vice President of Product Marketing for TIBCO Software, a provider of business process management and integration software. In that position, Kristick was responsible for global product marketing, analyst relations and sales enablement, successfully leading his team in designing and executing innovative marketing programs that place TIBCO at the forefront of its industry. Previously, Kristick held several product management positions at Siebel Systems, a leader in CRM software, which was acquired by Oracle in 2006.

Kristick earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
