| The Institute of IT Training (IITT) announced the launch of a new category at the IT Training Awards 2009; The Innovation in Training Services Award.
The Innovation in Training Services award has been introduced to celebrate the most effective implementation of the latest developments in learning technology and techniques in the IT Training industry. The award is open to any organisation that can demonstrate that they have made a unique and innovative contribution to the delivery of learning services. The Judges will be specifically looking for new or substantially novel ways of engaging learners, stimulating the creation and sharing of knowledge and accelerating organisational learning. To be successful an organisation must clearly show how they have helped to create an environment which fosters learning in the workplace.
The Institute of IT Training's IT Training Awards are held annually at the Dorchester, Park Lane, London. The awards recognise and celebrate outstanding examples of high standards, best practice, innovation and excellence across the IT Training industry. Now in their 13th year, the awards are supported by key industry figures and are firmly established as the benchmark for excellence in the IT Training Industry.
Edmund Monk, Business Development Director at IITT said, "Our new Innovation in Training Services Award, sponsored by itSMF, will pay tribute to the very best in innovative learning methods and techniques and we are delighted to be able to launch it for the awards in 2009.
