Knowledge Solutions has announced key client wins with major organisations spanning logistics, the NHS, and manufacturing sectors.

Corus International, Europe's second largest steel producer with annual revenues of around £12 billion and a crude steel production of over 20 million tonnes, has selected Knowledge Solutions to provide a complete end-user adoption programme on their new Navision system. The highly customised Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, a key component in the on-going growth of Corus International, will initially be rolled out across Europe, Asia and North America. To support this implementation Knowledge Solutions are deploying a comprehensive user adoption programme incorporating face-to-face classroom training, online learning, in-process performance support, process documentation, knowledge certification and learning management.

Mediterranean Shipping Company (UK) Ltd (MSC), founded in 1977 and the second largest shipping company in the world, are using Knowledge Solutions to ensure system competency amongst their end-users on their numerous bespoke applications. The Knowledge Solutions suite will be used internally to develop system simulations, process training and live application support, enabling MSC to offer a blended training approach to its dispersed workforce. The ability to certify knowledge will, for the first time, give MSC a real time view of staff capability allowing informed decisions to be made when designing future learning interventions.

Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch hospital provides health care for the residents of Bournemouth, Christchurch, East Dorset and part of the New Forest with a total population of over 550,000, which rises during the summer months. Formed in 1992 it became a Foundation Trust in 2005. Knowledge Solutions software is being used by the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch hospital to ensure their end-users successfully adopt the new Ascribe CaMIS system that is being implemented. Ascibe's CaMIS system offers a complete Patient Administration System (PAS). Knowledge Solutions are working on both the OpenCaMIS system, the tried and tested suite of administrative products, and the state-of-the-art Enterprise CaMIS (eCaMIS), which is targeted directly at providing the basis for, and core functionality of, the Electronic Patient Record (EPR).

Adrian Palmer-Geaves, CEO, Knowledge Solutions, commented: "Our customer base continues to grow exponentially and these recent wins demonstrate that our solutions are applicable to any organisation implementing or upgrading their business critical applications. As the credit crunch starts to bite, more and more organisations are re-evaluating how they can maximise the value of their IT infrastructure; and ensuring that end-users are competent users of the system is an increasingly critical factor."
