Intellego announced that NetDimensions Limited ("NetDimensions") has made a strategic investment of £100,000 in Ordinary shares of the Company @ 0.3pence per share. Intellego is an affiliate of NetDimensions Limited reselling EKP and other learning management software.
In addition to NetDimensions' investment there is a further placing of 2,500,000 Ordinary shares of 0.05p @ 0.3p per share.
The new funds will be used for working capital.

Following admission NetDimensions will own 33,333,333 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence of the Company representing 13.7% of the Ordinary shares in issue.
Application will be made for 35,833,333 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 11 May 2010. Following the placing, there will be 245,046,683 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in issue.
For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice consists of 243,746,683 ordinary shares of 0.05p each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
