AIRJET has chosen VEGA Group PLC to support the training for its newly acquired fleet of Saab 2000 aircraft. The programs will be installed at AIRJET’s facility, close to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Martin Blomley, VEGA Group PLC’s director of commerce and industry said: "AIRJET and VEGA started working together in April 2001, with the BAE 146 program. I am proud to be extending the relationship now. I feel sure that this project will further enhance VEGA’s excellent reputation within the industry for its extensive courseware library and training solutions capability.”

Bruno Tappon, chairman and managing director of AIRJET commented: “Our philosophy and one that has proved instrumental to our success is our responsiveness to our own clients. We recognised a similar philosophy within VEGA during our introduction of their BAe 146 computer based training program and so we were particularly pleased that VEGA could also support our training requirement for our Saab 2000 fleet. “

VEGA’s Saab 2000 program consists of 24 modules of interactive multimedia training covering all aircraft systems and procedures, including a specific Heads Up Guidance (HUGS) module and simulations. Each of the program modules concludes with a judged mastery test, to reinforce subject understanding.
