Questionmark and Blackboard have announced the signing of a
partnership agreement to make the companies' systems
interoperable through Blackboard's Building Blocks Program.

The agreement will result in a new software "bridge" that will link
Blackboard's Enterprise Learning System to the
Questionmark Perception assessment platform. The bridge will
allow students and instructors registered within a Blackboard course to seamlessly link to Perception and back to Blackboard.
