Several THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc. customers have been recognized by Training magazine in the "2002 Training
Top 100," a list of organizations that have maintained "an unparalleled commitment to workforce development." The THINQ customers honored by Training magazine include the number one-ranked honoree, Pfizer Inc., as
well as STS Systems, Alltel, The Boeing Co., Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division and NCR Corp. THINQ e-learning solutions help these organizations successfully align business goals with managed learning initiatives
internally and across the extended enterprise.

STS Systems, a Canadian company that sells software to retailers such as Ann Taylor, placed 31st in the ranking. The company is using the THINQ LMS to introduce intranet training to its global workforce. STS has 200 online
courses that focus on professional development and technology (courses such as Oracle, Sybase and Windows). The THINQ LMS also manages 170 classroom courses, registrations and other learning resources.

"Our commitment to learning is broad and deep, and this recognition is testament to the vision of our executive team and the hard work of our training department," said Edie Benattar, manager of STS's training and
education department. "THINQ has enabled us to move our powerful learning program online, giving our employees full-time access to a broad range of just-in-time learning opportunities. The result: We're improving our
employees' capabilities every day and lowering training costs."

NCR is using THINQ products to extend learning to customers and partners who use and sell their technology. "It's an honor that one of the industry's most respected journals has recognized our hard work and e-learning
successes," said Janet Perdzock, program manager, Global Learning Operations of NCR. "THINQ has been an important partner in that success, and has helped us extend the power of the NCR University to customers and partners. As a
result, we've enhanced performance and strengthened relationships across NCR's entire extended enterprise."

The magazine lauded Pfizer's innovative approach to workforce development, including its hefty tuition reimbursement, education financing, personal development plans, coaching/mentoring, career counseling, virtual
university, satellite-based Interactive Distance Learning program and rapid-deployment merger training. "This is a company that truly innovates around workforce development," the magazine said.

According to Training magazine, the winners show "an unwavering commitment to people and their corresponding development in the face of, and sometimes in spite of, economic uncertainty... Aside from the noble valuing of people
for people's sake, each Top 100 company also displays a clear understanding of the direct link between an organization's ultimate prosperity and the extent to which individual members are encouraged to develop their own
potential," the magazine said.

About the Top 100
Training magazine conducted extensive research for this year's Training Top
100 through a multi-tiered nomination, application and interview process. In
many cases, participating companies were either nominated by their peers,
employees or training suppliers; others responded to mass mailings and
marketing initiatives targeted at Training magazine's 50,000 circulation
base. In all, more than 155,000 applications were mailed, faxed and
e-mailed, with 800 usable forms returned. For more information, please see
