SkillSoft announced financial results for its second fiscal quarter of fiscal 2009 reporting total revenue for the quarter of $83.3 million,a 17% increase over the same quarter last year. Total deferred revenue at July 31, 2008 was approximately $166.6 million, compared to approximately $143.7 million at the same time last year. On a US US GAAP basis, net income was $12.9 million, or $0.12 per diluted share.
