This long term advisory project saw Elearnity managing a cultural change programme involved the introduction of e-learning content and the necessary systems to support it, into a fast paced retail environment with no previous exposure of online learning.  

After helping recruit a suitable qualified learning technology manager Elearnity then played a transitional management role supporting the new appointee.
