 Summary:  

This project was responsible for revolutionising the approach that the client used to design and deliver development programmes.  It aimed to fully utilise collaborative online learning to increase the effectiveness and efficiency  of its learning solutions.

Working with both internal and external teams this involved the need for high levels of subject matter expertise combined with the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders.
